General Price List
These prices are effective July 15, 2009, but are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown are those we can provide to our client families. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy items you did not specifically ask for, we would explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers, and newspaper notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected. (We do not charge you for our services in buying these items) This list does not include all the costs for final disposition that may be required to pay.

Our professional service charge includes, but is not limited to, counseling, availability on a 24-hour basis, consultation with family and clergy, assistance of staff in all necessary phases of arrangements, obtaining, procuring and filing of necessary notices, authorizations and consents, certificates and permits, notification of Social Security and veterans organizations, processing insurance claims and assignments, coordinating cemetery, crematory, florists, vault companies, etc., and assistance to the family following funeral and final disposition. Included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as; insurance, taxes, maintenance, utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs as well as equipment and inventory expenses. .

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

FOOT NOTE: There will be an administrative charge of 4% assessed to all pre-arranged, pre-paid funerals which are funded in trusts or insurance by our staff. This charge will be collectable only at the completion of services rendered for said pre-arrangements. This will be waived entirely if excess funds are not available to cover afore-mentioned charge. Additional excess funds available will be returned to the decedent’s estate.

Our funeral home makes no representations or warranties about the protective value of certain caskets or outer burial containers other than those made by the manufacturer. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with goods sold with this funeral service are the written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturers thereof.
